Why do you ask for a deposit?
This is the first step toward a personal review, for business owners ready to share their details and consider working with our team. Your completed questionnaire and confirmed deposit let us begin reviewing your situation and preparing a recommendation and quote. You decide whether to proceed after seeing the proposal.
Does this include grant applications?
The deposit starts your business review, recommended next steps, and service quote. Grant research, writing, and submission support are scoped and priced in your proposal; they do not begin with this deposit. Grant awards are decided by each funder and cannot be guaranteed.
How do I request my refund?
After your review, you can decline our proposal and request a full refund of your $300 deposit. If we cannot help, we will refund it. To request your refund before further work begins, email [email protected] using the email address from your payment. If you proceed, your deposit is credited toward the agreed service price.
